Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Please note that during high-volume times such as new drops or launches, processing may take a little longer but we’ll always keep you updated.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.
