Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate your support of our small, independent brand.
Due to the limited nature of our collections and the made-to-order structure of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, size guides, and photos carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us at [info@divineglory.ca] and we’ll be happy to assist you prior to purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at [info@divineglory.ca] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If approved, we will provide you with an exchange or store credit.
Please note:
- Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange
- We do not accept returns on items damaged due to customer error (e.g. incorrect washing, wear and tear, etc.)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking is provided, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for any packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive store credit or an exchange for a damaged item, the cost of shipping is not included unless otherwise stated.
Final Sale Items
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances, except in cases of approved damage or defects.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
